Refund & Return Policy

All quotes and purchases are final unless the part is found to be defective or does not match the description provided.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery for eligible parts.

Process: Contact us at support@autonexparts.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refund amount equals the purchase price; shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non‑returnable items: Custom‑built or special‑order parts, as well as items marked "no return" at checkout.
