AutoNex ships used auto parts only within the United States. International shipping is not offered.

Processing Time: Orders are prepared for shipment within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to supplier inventory verification.

Shipping Methods: We use reputable carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) based on package size and destination. Ground shipments typically arrive in 3‑7 business days. Freight shipments may require additional time.

Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code.

Insurance & Liability: All shipments include basic carrier insurance. For high‑value parts, we recommend purchasing additional insurance.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
